Diner's Club, and Discover. Sorry no personal checks or money orders are
accepted at this time.
All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of order placement.
You will receive an email confirming your order.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or order placement via phone or
email at orders@babybednbath.com.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority. Rates are actual shipping
rates based on weight as shipped from Tarzana, CA., and include handling
charges. Sorry, we do not offer overnight or express delivery at this time.
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. There
may be additional charges for these two states.
Please note that your items may arrive in separate deliveries. This is because
some of our items, such as furniture, bedding, and custom items are shipped
directly from the manufacturer. There will be no additional shipping charge for
orders that arrive in separate deliveries.
Items that take longer than 7-10 business days to ship are noted on the item
order page. This applies mostly to toddler beds, bedding sets, decor, artwork,
and other select items.
If you do not receive your item within the normal time frame, please contact us via
email or phone. We are available Monday thru Friday from 10-6, and Saturday from
11-5.
California residents pay sales tax of 8.25%.
Returns
Although we are confident you will be happy with all of our items, at Huckleberry
Moon we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We will happily accept
returns for all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be
unopened and unused, with all the original tags and packaging intact. Any item(s)
returned dirty, washed, or used will not be refunded. Eligible items can be sent
back to us at the following address and your credit card will be credited the full
amount of item minus shipping and a 5% re-stocking fee . Please include a copy
of the packing slip or sales receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of
the buyer. Items that have been opened or that arrive broken or with missing parts
must get pre-approval. In this case please email us at
returns@babybednbath.com for instructions.

Please Note: Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned. This
includes all Bananafish bedding sets and accessories, personalized artwork,
memory boards, and personalized decor and gift baskets. Because these items
are custom ordered, your credit card will be charged at the time the order is
placed and cancellations are not accepted.
Huckleberry Moon is not responsible for differences in colors shown online or in
print. Every attempt is made to display photos that are true to the actual colors in
the design.

delays beyond their control. This includes issues such as product demand and
fabric availability.
